This past week …..

This past week at RYF, we had an impromptu visit by Future Lady Clemson Tiger, Kobi Thornton. The children LOVED that! Kindergarten and First Grade students worked on Reading Comprehension as well as Math with ‘Math Bingo”. Second and Third graders worked on vocabulary with “Vocab. Bingo”, once their math packets were completed. Fourth and Fifth Grade students worked on Test Prep Packets as well as the “You Know It” Math game. In addition to that, RYF continued to work with program participants on physical fitness, nutrition, and additional innovative educational activities while providing a hot meal and snack daily.
